These Terms and Conditions govern the use of stonewallconstructions.com.au ("the website") and the purchase of any goods from it. The website is operated and managed by Mainpower Systems ("the company") trading as J&J Stonewall Constructions. (ABN 052 865 764).

Changes to our Terms and Conditions are made from time to time, and your continued use of our website following any change shall be deemed as your acceptance of such change. It is the user’s responsibility to regularly check our Terms and Conditions for changes.

2. in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
If an error is discovered in the price of the item(s) you have ordered, we will inform you and issue a full refund as soon as possible.
Some products on stonewallconstructions.com.au may not be immediately available for dispatch from our supplier, due to circumstances beyond our control. However, where possible, we will advise you of any delay by notification on the website and/or by advising by email to the address provided with your original order. By submitting your order after being advised of such delays, you are accepting such time frames into which the item/s will be shipped. If there are any changes in the release date to which you have previously accepted, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.
Order Placement & Acceptance
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and stonewallconstructions.com.au is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, stonewallconstructions.com.au is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.
Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer"). We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right not to provide goods or services or remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by email at Stonewall Constructions. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.
Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges.
Delivery
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all DVDs. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, you must contact us within 30 days of the item being shipped from our warehouse in order to qualify for consideration for a replacement item. We will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Returns & Exchanges
In the event that the item received is not the item ordered stonewallconstructions.com.au will:
Replace the item at no cost to you OR
Provide a full credit to your credit card/bank account debited at the time of ordering of the price paid at the time of placing the order
To enable the product to be returned you should:
Email us with your order number and which item/s you received within 14 days to be considered for an authorisation for return
Make clear reference to the order reference provided to you with your confirmation of the order placed
Please allow at least 21 days for a replacement item to be sent to you. If you have not received your replacement item within 28 days of returning it to us, or your refund within 14 days, please contact our customer service team on info@stonewallconstructions.com.au.
If you do not receive your order within the expected or reasonable time after placement and acceptance of your order by us please note that:

If you do not receive your order as advised, please contact our customer service team at info@stonewallconstructions.com.au and include your order reference in all correspondence.We will then provide you with a claim form to lodge an investigation with our shipping partner. If the order is not located, we are not obliged to replace the order, although we may do so at our discretion.
We will endeavour to trace your order through the carrier used by us.
